EXPRESS GUIDELINES

• Column pricing applies to all Express Service orders.
  
• Based on stock availability.
  
• Express Service must be clearly stated on the order.
  
• Not included in Express: Gazebos, Chairs, Patio, Market
  Domestic.
  
• Complete order and artwork must be received before
  3:00 PM EST.
  
• Express Service email address must be used for the
  artwork. (express@peerlessumbrella.com)
  
• Artwork must list: distributor name, contact name and
  phone number, and purchase order number.
  
• One imprint location.
  
• No proof approval will be produced.
  
• Call factory for lead-times for larger quantities
  and special packaging.
  
• Maximum of three drop-ships only.
  
• Spec samples and self-promotions do not apply.
  
• Less than minimum fee on Express Service
  orders is $250.00 (P) per order.

EXPRESS ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

• Electronic or camera-ready artwork to size.
  
• Professionally prepared, color separated artwork
  to size for multi-color imprints.
  
• Spot colors only – no process, half-tones or
  gradients

STANDARD LEAD TIME GUIDELINES

• Please allow an additional four business days
  if a product proof is required. Depending on
  order size and imprint type, Peerless Umbrella may
  require a product proof.
  
• Please allow one additional business day for
  artwork that needs to be typeset or cleaned-up.
  
• Call for lead-times for large quantities (over
  catalog end quantity), drop ships, multiple imprint
  colors, multiple imprint locations, laser engraving,
  and other special packaging.

RUSH SERVICES
Based on stock availability and production capacity.
