SAMPLES

  • Billed at EQP plus freight.
  • Samples are returnable for refund if returned in unused condition within 30 days.
  • Requests must be sent in writing (PO, email, or website order) to ensure accuracy. Sample requests should be submitted to info@peerlessumbrella.com.

CANADIAN FRIENDLY PRICING

  • Prices shown are billing in US Dollars and is inclusive of duty & brokerage fees into Canada
  • FOB Point is the Canadian Border and freight is billed from that point to final destination.
  • GST/HST will be billed at time of invoicing and is not included in the published pricing.

TERMS AND PAYMENTS

  • Net 30-day terms will be applied on established accounts, unless otherwise agreed on.
  • First time, custom, or large orders may require a deposit.
  • Orders are subject to credit approval. Credit holds may delay production time and ship dates. We encourage you to verify your credit status prior to placing rush orders.
  • Accepted payment types: Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard (sorry, we do not accept American Express)
  • Invoices over $2,000 paid by credit card are subject to a 3% transaction fee.
  • Payments not received by the due date are subject to a 1.5% per month late charge.
  • Accounts requiring collection will be liable for all collection costs, including all fees, costs and expenses incurred.

ORDERING

  • Purchase Orders should be emailed to info@peerlessumbrella.com
  • Order status is available at our website.
  • Invoices are delivered by email.
  • All changes/cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations will be accepted only if products have not been decorated. All costs that had occurred prior to cancellation will be charged, which could include digitizing, screens, production of transfers, proofs, and sew-outs.
  • We will make every effort to ship exact quantities. However, we reserve the right to over or under ship up to 5% and bill accordingly.

ARTWORK

  • Artwork must be submitted in electronic format (send to info@peerlessumbrella.com) or via the upload tool on the website.
  • PO number must appear on the subject line.
  • PMS colors must be provided for accurate color matching.
  • Orders requiring typesetting may be subject to $32.00 (P) charge. Multiple art revisions may incur additional typeset and proof charges.
  • Acceptable file types: Vector PDF preferred. AI and EPS files are also supported. Text must be converted to outlines. High resolution (300 dpi) raster images may be submitted for digital, labels or other full color/4CP printing methods.
  • Low resolution or other inacceptable files submitted may require recreation/vectorization. A $64.00 (P) charge will be incurred as well as a delay in production and ship date.

ART PROOFS

  • First emailed proof will be provided at no charge on all orders.
  • Additional proofs may incur a $30.00 (P) charge.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to check proofs carefully approving. Once the proof is signed by the customer, any printing issues that were not corrected or caught during the proof stage become the responsibility of the approver.

DECORATION AND PRODUCT COLORS

  • Standard Imprint Color: Options vary by product. See peerlessumbrella.com/color-reference for current color availability.
  • Product Colors/Imprint Placement: Actual product colors may differ slightly from the representation in this website or printed advertising. If clarification of product color is required, please request a sample.
  • PMS Colors: Matching available on screenprint decorations only. On Transfer and Embroidery decorations, attempts are made to come as close as possible to PMS call outs.
  • Transfer Printing: uses 4-color process inks, not spot color inks. Non-CMYK art will be converted to CMYK, and a color shift may occur. An exact match is not guaranteed. Therefore, original CMYK artwork is recommended. If color match is critical, a pre-production sample is recommended and may be required.

PRODUCTION TIME

  • Please refer to product pages for lead time of printed merchandise. Please note lead times can vary due to high demand during peak seasons.
  • All blank stock items will ship within 24- 48 hours, based on stock availability and credit approval.
  • Production time for direct import orders are typically 90 to 120 days.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

  • All orders are shipped freight prepaid and charged unless a shipper number is provided.
  • Delivery is normally sent via FedEx unless otherwise specified.
  • The responsibility of Peerless Umbrella Co. to meet specific dates ceases once freight is tendered to carrier. We are not liable for carrier delays or damage but will assist in finding a resolution.
  • All merchandise becomes the customer’s property upon delivery to the carrier. Claims for damage in transit must be reported to carrier and Peerless Umbrella at the time of delivery.
  • Any order shipping on a client’s freight number is the client’s responsibility to resolve lost shipments and disputes with said freight carrier.
  • Orders are shipped “no signature required” unless other requirements are made clear during the order process.
  • Standard carton dimensions and packout listed on website product pages. We reserve the right to deviate from standard packouts at our discretion and without prior notice as supplies or other factors necessitate.
  • Drop shipments incur a $14.00 (P) per domestic location processing charge and $16.00 (P) per international location, plus applicable carrier charges.
  • All international shipments (except Canada) must ship on 3rd party freight account.
  • Palletization charges apply for customer-coordinated freight shipments and will be added to final invoice. Standard Size 48”x 40”: $24.00 (P) per pallet; Long Size 60” x 40”: $46.00 (P) per pallet (used for longer and over-sized products).

RETURNS

  • Once items are decorated, no returns will be accepted.
  • Goods returned can only be made within 30 days of original shipment.
  • No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.

QUALITY CONTROL

We take all precautions to ensure quality control of our product is met. Please note that there may be differences in dye lots of fabric color from order to order. There may also be color variations in other products, such as canvas bags, wood materials, and inks. Please refer to product pages for lead time of printed merchandise. Please note lead times can vary due to high demand during peak seasons.

DISCLAIMER

Every effort will be made to ensure uninterrupted supplies of product. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot be liable for temporary shortage of stock, slight color variations in dye lots, minor changes in production specifications, as well as delays due to customs, shipping or natural disasters.

INDEMNIFICATION / RIGHT TO PROMOTE

Customers should warrant that they have the right to use the logos, marks, symbols or designs featured in the artwork and shall indemnify and hold our company harmless in any infringement actions as a result of printing artwork. We reserve the right to use all our imprinted products in our advertising catalog and displays unless otherwise specified in writing at the time of order. All catalog items with imprints shown are for the sole purpose of displaying our imprint positions and capabilities. They are not intended to represent endorsement by the individual companies, nor are they for sale.

PEERLESS UMBRELLA LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

This Peerless product is warranted to be free of any defects in the material and workmanship of all parts of the frame for the life of the umbrella. This warranty does not guarantee the fabric or the sleeve. It does not cover damage caused by accident, abuse, acts of God, or failure to follow the included care instructions. Your Peerless umbrella will be repaired or replaced with one of equal value, at the option of the manufacturer. Please allow 4-6 weeks for return. Please note that replacement product will not be decorated with the existing logo.
